1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within [3–7] business days. Please note that during high-volume periods or for complex artisan pieces, this may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of your package.

3. International Shipping
• We currently offer shipping to: Canada
• Duties, Taxes, and Fees: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are determined by the destination country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Issues
Versati is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
