Refund policy
At Versati, we take great pride in the structural integrity, artistry, and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Because each item is a unique, handmade creation, please read our return policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
• Mini Bag Charm Collection: We accept return requests for items in the Mini Bag Charm collection within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging included.
• Versati Collection (Final Sale): Please note that all pieces from the Versati Collection are considered final sale. These items are artisanal, structural, and often made-to-order; therefore, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged.
2. Return Process & Shipping
• If your item is eligible for a return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Versati cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at beadedantics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of both the item and the packaging it arrived in. We will work with you to ensure a prompt resolution.
4. Cancellations
Because we begin preparing and crafting your orders quickly, we are unable to accept cancellation requests once an order has been placed. Please ensure your order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
